Overall a good experience buying a new Honda Pilot here. Made appointment for test drive, also tested some other cars at the time (Kia Telluride, Chevy Traverse). Called back a couple of weeks later when we made the decision. Upfront, no surprises, cash deal basically done in one visit. The car we wanted was in stock. Salesman's name is George. There was a slight delay installing optional roof rails, so the car was ready a day later than expected but I guess we'll write that off to holiday season rush.
