Purchased a CPO vehicle from Matthew Tuchman. He was helpful in locating a vehicle and negotiating a price. I deducted a star due to a hiccup when speaking to finance. We have fantastic credit and were quoted a ridiculously high finance rate. We ended up going through our credit union with a much better rate than what they offered. My experience at that dealership with halime was excellent. She help throughout the whole process. However, the sells manager lied to me about the wheel lock.

The service area is always professional and responsive to your concerns. Giuseppe was excellent as my service agent. Night Drop off is easy. Repairs made in a timely manner for the most part. Loaner car was offered due to being unable to get the vehicle back to me in the same day. I do wish that the cashiers were a little more friendly and helpful. Very abrupt and too little information about where to go to pick up the loaner vehicle. A smile would have gone a long way in making the experience better.

After changing oil, I waited for one night in order for the oil to settle down in the oil tank. I checked the oil level first thing on the next day morning. I found the oil was short for one quart. I was so surprised. I don’t want to go back because it won’t be as accurate as I allowed the car to park overnight. So I bought a quart of high quality synthetic motor oil and put it into engine.

Everyone is so attentive and friendly! Can’t say enough. After the job was done, (which wasn’t long) I received a text message saying that my car was ready, paid at the friendly cashier (John) the valet pulled my car outside for me because the inside drop-off and pick up area was congested.
