This option is good for overnight charging since it can take your battery from empty to full in about eight to 10 hours.

Level 3 EV Chargers/DC Fast Chargers

When you don’t have a lot of downtime for charging, a Level 3 EV charger/DC Fast Charger is the way to go. Only available at public stations around Mahwah, NJ because of their increased power needs, Level 3 EV chargers use direct current rather than alternating current like Level 1 and 2 systems. In general, you can recoup an 80% charge in as fast as 30 minutes with a Level 3 EV charger.
